Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skills and functional behavior assessments for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure their effective implementation by supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Oversee, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and documentation standards.
- Deliver direct care and parent training as needed, equipping caregivers with practical strategies to support client progress.
- Analyze data and monitor client progress, ensuring measurable and lasting positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate session documentation and billing within 24 hours in accordance with company and BACB policies.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, protocols, and productivity expectations.
- Contribute to clinical team meetings and collaborate on treatment planning and case consultations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, behavior analysis).
- Experience in the field of behavior analysis, including assessment, program development, and supervision.
- Proficiency in writing behavior analytic programs, analyzing and graphing data.
- Prior experience providing parent or caregiver training.
- CPR (Adult, Child, Infant) and First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Familiarity with BACB standards and local regulatory requirements.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- 8-hour Supervisor Training for BCBAs (as outlined by the BACB).
- Experience overseeing and mentoring new RBTs or clinical staff in a clinic-based setting.
- Technological proficiency with digital tools for data collection and treatment planning.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic clinical environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with collaborative treatment planning and team-based clinical consultation.
