Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a senior leadership role in the growing mental health care sector? Our client, a well-established organization dedicated to exceptional clinical outcomes, is searching for a Clinical Director in St. Peters, Missouri. This is a rewarding opportunity to drive clinical quality, mentor a team of behavior analysts and therapists, and shape innovative programs in a mission-driven setting focused on measurable client growth and advancement for staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee, mentor, and provide expert guidance to BCBAs, PLBAs, and RBTs/BTs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, supervision, and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, facilitate conflict resolution, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Supervise the implementation of client treatment plans, reviewing documentation, monitoring clinical outcomes, and ensuring fidelity in service delivery.
  • Maintain a reduced personal caseload to focus on leadership responsibilities while ensuring timely and accurate session documentation and billing.
  • Lead communication with clients, families, and the community regarding services, programs, and resources, and represent the organization at events and meetings.
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory, ethical, and internal protocols, including data management and policy adherence.
  • Support staff outreach, training, adherence to productivity standards, and oversee paid time off (PTO) and leave submissions.
  • Manage special projects such as parent training, staff development initiatives, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Must-Have Skills
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision, team leadership, and behavioral health service delivery.
  • Current CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) and First Aid certification, with a clear FCSR background check.
  • Proficiency using digital tools for data collection, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing performance-based incentive programs and professional stipends.
  • Background with special projects such as virtual parent training or university collaborations.
  • Familiarity with Safety Care Training and best practices for ABA settings.
  • Ability to innovate in clinical programming and drive staff growth initiatives.
  • Existing relationships within the local mental health care or educational communities.
