Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

• Location: Primarily based in our St. Peters and Lake St. Louis centers, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles. Stable and consistent work history.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
  
  MD and Sales Force preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
