$52.00/yr - $58.73/yr

Job title: GENAI CoPilot Cloud Technology Consultant

Location: 100% remote - must be flexible with working in EST/CST

Type: Contract

Interview process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds, one with the sponsor and another with another member of her team – both likely 30 minutes. Hard Skills Assessments will most likely be scheduled Week of 2/3 and 2/10.

Citizenship: USC or GC holder (no c2c or c2h - must be able to work on W2)

Screenings: Background check once hired

Pay: $58.73+/hour

Start date: ASAP - 2 weeks from interview

+: weekly pay, benefits, 15 days of PTO a year (starts accruing day 1 - 1.5 hours added a week - can use after 90 days).

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Microsoft Modern work solutions, including M365 and associated products.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience with understanding of Generative AI, especially Co-Pilot.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience working in a partner ecosystem and developing solutions and services for partners around Microsoft products.
  • • The ideal resume would contain experience working with modern work products, previous experience working with GenAI products and connecting GenAI with other products, as well as fluency in other languages especially Spanish (this team frequently works with partners in Latin America and Spanish language support would be very helpful). The ideal candidate is eager to learn, resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and possesses either a previous knowledge of or a desire to get upskilled on GenAI and Microsoft Co-Pilot.

    Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the Partner Incubation team is focusing on product co-pilot. The team works in a partner ecosystem to build solutions and offer services to customers that utilize a large Generative AI (GenAI) product.

    Key projects: This role will contribute to the team by working closely with partners to build practices and capabilities that help partners best utilize GenAI products. The role will help find resources to be successful and leverage solutions, and will be heavily involved with external partners.

    Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of: 80% partner-facing activities – likely will have 3 partner calls a day, and the remainder of this time will include researching answers and responding to questions from partners via email. Remaining 20% is split between team meetings and data hygiene by updating systems to stay on top of SLAs. This will also include general learning including upskilling and attending trainings.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
  • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for agency IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces.
  • Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience required.
  • Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages.
  • Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients.
  • Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolios, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations.
  • Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
