Job Title:
Clinical Imaging Analyst

We are seeking experienced Clinical Imaging Analysts to support imaging systems and applications across multiple markets. This role combines expertise in evaluating, designing, and implementing imaging technologies with hands‑on project support for system enhancements and upgrades. Analysts will ensure optimal functionality of imaging environments (PACS, Voice Recognition, etc.) and act as subject matter experts during implementation and go‑live activities.

• Provide expertise in imaging systems, including PACS and voice recognition tools (e.g., Power Scribe).
• Respond to user issues by listening, clarifying, and resolving effectively.
• Troubleshoot application problems independently and resort as needed.
• Analyze technical issues and apply knowledge following established procedures.
• Participate in project calls and provide timely updates.
• Perform system testing and document results accurately.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support for imaging applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Clinical Imaging applications during upgrades and implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• 3–7 years of experience in healthcare imaging systems or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of imaging platforms such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, and Power Scribe.
• Familiarity with testing, documentation,ியா and support processes.
• Basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting with occasional on‑site visits.
