NATO SECRET

• Design and implement IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD) and Amazon AWS.
• Ensure seamless integration with internal and external applications.
• Automate account and group management via Power Shell scripts and Azure Automation workflows; implement self‑service capabilities.
• Manage account lifecycle: onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, periodic access reviews.
• Implement and manage Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM); configure just‑in‑time access, approval workflows, and access reviews.
• Apply security best practices and ensure compliance; conduct audits and reviews of access controls.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for IAM issues; act as escalation point; maintain documentation.
• Provide training on IAM best practices and tools to IT staff and end‑users.
• Monitor and optimize IAM systems; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT security, compliance and other teams; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage external collaboration settings in Azure AD; implement B2B collaboration policies via Entra .
• Integrate IAM with Amazon AWS; implement federated identities and single sign‑on; monitor and optimize configurations.
• Develop and implement automation scripts with Power Shell; use Power Automate for workflow automation; proactively improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with users and IT teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

• Technical Expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra  Amazon AWS IAM services.
  • Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation tools (Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API).
  • Experience with IAM solutions, including RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policies.
  • Expertise in Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and privileged access control.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve IAM processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and implement effective solutions.
• Security & Compliance Knowledge
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits and ensuring regulatory adherence.

  • Excellent communication to collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and users.
  • Ability to document processes and provide training.

  • Full proficiency in English;
    French proficiency is an advantage.
  • Nationality of one of the NATO nations.
  • NATO SECRET Security Clearance or national equivalent.
