Role summary:

We need an Architect or Engineer who can help assess infrastructure and cloud migration opportunities, especially around hardware lifecycle and hosting modernization. The person should be able to work with market teams, review available data, identify gaps, recommend next steps, and help shape practical Azure-based solution options. This is a delivery-focused role intended to create momentum, structure opportunities, and reduce risk - without creating long-term dependency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Cloud Adoption, market teams, and technical stakeholders to assess infrastructure, hosting, and cloud migration opportunities
  • Review available data related to hardware lifecycle, hosting landscape, and existing environments to identify risks, opportunities, and missing information
  • Support discovery and assessment activities where existing data is insufficient
  • Propose practical solution options, aligned with Client standards and service offerings
  • Help shape migration and modernization opportunities into clear recommendations, scope, and backlog items
  • Coordinate with Cloud Adoption PO, internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders to support solution planning and transition to delivery teams
  • Provide technical input for hosting, infrastructure sizing, configuration, and readiness considerations
  • Support issue resolution, dependency management, and clarification of operational requirements for new or changing solutions
  • Document findings, assumptions, risks, and recommended next steps in a clear and structured way
  • Translate ideas into practical, executable solutions with speed, driving outcomes rather than just recommendations
  • Act as a hands‑on doer for analysis and assessment activities, leveraging available tools and proposing the use of the right tools where needed to accelerate assessment and delivery
Required Experience
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud migration, hosting, or solution architecture
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP infrastructure
  • Experience assessing or designing enterprise hosting environments, including some combination of servers, networking, storage, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Experience supporting migration, modernization, or infrastructure refresh initiatives
  • Comfortable working with incomplete data and driving discovery where needed
  • Able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and turn discussions into clear recommendations
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and move work forward with limited guidance
Nice to Have
  • Experience with hardware lifecycle / datacenter modernization
  • Experience working with global suppliers
  • Cloud certification
