Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support SME to quickly resolve production requests affecting users of multiple rating systems. You will work cross-functionally to troubleshoot, analyze data, implement workarounds, and communicate status to users and leadership.
You will partner with CI Product, UW/Operations, and IT to deepen knowledge of applications, ensure compliance with SOX and PCI, and research root causes for recurring issues while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
