Junior Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer who’s hungry to grow their craft while producing smart, user-friendly digital experiences. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of experience in digital design and production
—with a solid grasp of HTML and CSS to make their work come alive.

• Designing and building engaging HTML emails, banners, and digital assets that look great across platforms
• Supporting website updates and landing page creation using clean, responsive code
• Working with HTML/CSS
• Translating design files (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) into polished digital experiences
• Partnering with creatives, account teams and clients to bring concepts to life
• Juggling multiple projects, priorities and timelines with confidence
• Applying digital best practices to everything you touch—because performance matters

• A bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or a related field—or a portfolio that proves your talent
• 1–4 years of experience creating digital designs across email, web and interactive channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Must have knowledge of Stripo, Mailchimp and/or Salesforce email creation platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an eye for detail in execution
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Word Press (a plus, not a must)
• Interest in UX principles and how design decisions impact the user experience
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
