Location: St. Peters

VIKING Car Care, a leading provider of premium automotive appearance accessories, is searching for an Ecommerce Associate Manager responsible for analyzing its ecommerce performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations that increase sales, conversion rates, and profitability across digital marketplaces and owned channels. This role works closely with marketing/creative, social media teams and product management to optimize the customer journey, improve product visibility, and drive data-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze key ecommerce KPIs including:
  • Revenue
  • Conversion Rate
  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
  • Traffic Sources
  • ROAS
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting online sales.
Marketplace Analytics
  • Analyze performance across Amazon, Shopify, and other ecommerce channels.
  • Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics, Meta and GA4 tools.
  • Monitor product rankings, share of voice, customer reviews, and competitive activity.
Product Detail Page (PDP) Management and Optimization
  • Manage and update all Amazon and Shopify PDP content, including title, bullets, description, carousel images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Story.
  • Update the brand storefront and website on a regular basis.
  • Recommend improvements to:
  • Titles
  • Images
  • A+ Content
  • Video
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion performance.
Marketing Performance Analysis
  • Measure effectiveness of:
  • Provide recommendations to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
  • Collect relevant customer reviews on a weekly basis to share with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Care teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, creative, and social teams.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or business analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with ecommerce and social commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, and Meta.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Meta Analytics
  • Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Perpetua
  • Understanding of SEO and ecommerce merchandising.
