Location: St. Peters
Relativity is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to proactively support customers using the Relativity platform. You will develop account plans, manage technical relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes.
This remote/hybrid role requires travel about 10%, strong communication, and expertise with SQL/Windows and the e-discovery domain. You will partner with Product and Engineering to improve solutions and deliver measurable project KPIs.
