Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small, medium, and/or large-scale projects
• Work on a single project or multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices
• Identify needed resources and recommend associates to management
• Review high-level project-related documents before sharing them with stakeholders
• Perform risk analysis and minimize risk exposure across multiple projects
• Direct activities with other departments and divisions to meet project objectives
• Assist in mentoring and training newer project managers, project leads, and senior project leads
• Ensure projects meet stakeholder objectives
• Deliver project presentations to team members, stakeholders, and executives
• Participate in project operational duties as needed
• Travel and attend meetings and seminars as required
• Perform other assigned duties within the department or elsewhere upon request

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience is required
• Active participation in project management continuing education is preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Effective oral and written communication and problem resolution skills
• Ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized project presentations to various levels of the Company
• Ability to distribute tasks according to each team member’s skills and effectively utilize team members
• Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and recognize project-impacting scope changes
• Ability to consult on projects within or outside the Division
• Ability to seek improved methodologies and work with other Project Managers to implement them
• Ability to challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor
• Ability to facilitate team meetings and handle project conflicts
• Ability to understand complex project-related concepts
• Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Ability to work in one of the company’s tech offices

Demonstrates expertise in project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. Capable of mentoring and training project teams while ensuring project objectives are met across various scales.
