• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce each policy and procedure 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule compliance, store image and standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and marketing activities to maximize profitability.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Proper handling of monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordination and speed for precise moves of kitchen equipment.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
• Navigation skills to read a map, locate addresses, and deliver products in adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Varying and sometimes adverse weather during delivery and driving.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position, including walking surfaces of ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Walking – For short distances and short durations, including traveling between the store and delivery vehicle.
• Sitting – Paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb and dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft, stacks up to 72 in.
• Carrying – Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), three pizza dough trays (≈12 lb each), and other items during delivery.
• Pushing – Moving trays on dollies, requiring forces up to 7.5 lb.
• Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders; during delivery, up to five flights of stairs may be required.
• Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station and front counter for 30–45 s continuously.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching – Reaches upward, downward, and forward beyond 72 in to operate ovens, change sign prices, lift objects from shelves, scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, and answer phones.
• Driving – Deliver pizzas within a designated area using a vehicle; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

• Deliver products by car and to customer doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured delivery vehicle.
