OverviewAs our Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are delivered with care from our shelves to our customers' doorsteps. You'll lead a small, hands-on team, overseeing the fulfillment process and making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will help ensure our customers receive the same quality and reliability they've come to expect from Ninni Co.
Duties- Supervise daily fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping, for accuracy and speed
- Lead and motivate the team to meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Assign team members to stations and print and allocate the day's orders each morning
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Monitor supply and inventory levels, flagging low stock for reorder
- Schedule and confirm carrier pickups; handle customs form paperwork, and liaise directly with carriers and other vendors when needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment-related issues as they come up
We're searching for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take charge with a positive attitude and collaborative leadership style.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a related field
- Prior experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with sound judgment under pressure
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems
- A leadership style built on doing the work alongside your team, not just assigning it
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent - someone the team can count on
- Clear, team-oriented communicator
- Ability to lead and inspire a team toward shared goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Monday-Friday, daytime hours (no nights/weekends).
- Full-Time (8hrs/day)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods
