We are looking for a Maintenance Director/ Supervisor to maintain the smooth running of the building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care!

Responsibilities

Building maintenance program and repair coordination
General daily required repairs: doors, lights, paint patching, etc.
HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, elevator maintenance
Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly, quarterly, and annually

Qualifications

Healthcare building operations experience (preferred)
General plumbing/electrical skills
Basic carpentry skills
General knowledge in utilizing tools
Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes
