Project Manager - Commercial, Municipal, and Public Works - St. Peters, MO

Location: St. Peters, MO

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre‑construction to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to align expectations.
• Review contracts, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold safety and quality standards across all phases of the project.
• Mentor and support project engineers and other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
