Warehouse Supervisor

PFD Supply, a division of Prairie Farms Dairy, is currently taking applications for a full‑time Warehouse Supervisor. You will work and supervise a shift of 10‑12 employees and assist the Warehouse Manager as needed. You must be available for mid‑shifts, Saturday and be able to work other shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise, train and motivate warehouse associates
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager regarding staff performance; identify and drive areas of improvement; and recognize team members’ outstanding performance
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Customer Fulfillment:
  • Oversee timely and accurate order processing and shipping
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales and customer service to meet customer needs
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Ensure facility and warehouse are following HACCP procedures
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Streamline workflows and implement cost‑saving measures
• Communication & Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates to leadership team on operations and staffing

Education & Experience:

• 1‑3 years of leadership experience in warehouse supervision
• Demonstrated experience with and functional knowledge of food service distribution, including warehousing, operations, and warehouse equipment

• Ability to complete physically demanding work, including consistently lifting up to 60 pounds and working in a cooler and freezer environment
