• Set up and operate state-of-the-art 5-axis vertical milling machines
• Read blueprints and manufacturing plans
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes
• Work with Quality, Programming, and Production teams
• The role is responsible for producing precision machined parts to blueprint and manufacturing requirements.

• 3 or more years of proven CNC setup and machining experience
  
  Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience with precision inspection tools
• Knowledge of machining math and tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
