Full-Time Opportunity
3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
$19.30/hr

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team? We are seeking Team Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble products and components while supporting quality, safety, and production goals.

As a Team Assembler, you will be a key part of the production process, helping to assemble products from start to finish. Unlike traditional assembly positions, team members rotate through various tasks and workstations, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and contribute across the production line.

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
• Rotate through multiple assembly tasks and stations within the production process
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals
• Work collaboratively with team members to support operational objectives
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team discussions
• Support team leads and contribute ideas that improve processes and productivity

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
