** Packaging Line Operator*
* ** Full-Time Opportunity*
* $16hr for day shift

$17hr for night shift

** 12-Hour Shifts Available*
* Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where safety, quality, and teamwork are valued? We are seeking  
** Temporary Packaging Line Operators
** to support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining production records, and ensuring products are packaged according to company standards.

** What You'll Do*
* As a Packaging Line Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping production lines running safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

+ Load packaging materials, labels, cartons, and components onto production lines

+ Start, stop, and monitor equipment according to established procedures

+ Set and verify equipment centerlines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime

+ Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications

+ Identify and remove defective products from the production line

+ Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors and support teams

+ Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

+ Assist with line setup, product changeovers, and cleaning activities

+ Support line clearance activities and ensure production readiness

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment

+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and schedules

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Required

Skills & Qualifications *
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs

** Preferred Experience*
* + Manufacturing, packaging, or production experience

+ Experience operating liquid filling, capping, labeling, or packaging equipment

+ Knowledge of GMPs and quality systems

+ Experience performing equipment changeovers and basic preventative maintenance

+ Familiarity with production documentation, batch records, and quality inspections

+ Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues

+ Forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment experience

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift

+ Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Comfortable working around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment

+ Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
