Join a growing company in Olathe, KS as a 1st Shift Paint Line Production Associate! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and grow within the company. You'll work hands-on with products throughout the paint line process, including hanging parts, inspecting finished products, correcting minor imperfections, and preparing products for shipment. • Load raw and painted parts onto hooks along the paint line
• Inspect finished products for quality and identify any imperfections once the production process is complete
• Sand down or correct minor imperfections as needed
• Remove finished products from paint line hooks
• Carefully pack finished products onto pallets for shipping
• Ensure proper packaging materials and packing procedures are used to protect products during shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of spray guns, paint booths, and paint mixing equipment
• Familiarity with automotive finishing processes and quality standards
• Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift and bend for entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
