Overview

Clinical Nurse Pre‑op/Post‑op for the Outpatient Surgery Center – Sunset Hills. The center opens 10/9/2026. No call, holidays or weekends. Bonus eligible.

• Staff training begins 6‑8 weeks prior to opening.
• Clinic hours 7:30 A‑5:00 P. 4/10 hour shifts Monday‑Friday with staggered start at 5:30 A; finish 6:30 P.
• Provide direct patient care in 5 ORs and 4 GI procedure rooms.
• Prepare patients before surgery and provide post‑operative care.
• Educate patients and families on illness/ injury management, home care needs and medication administration.
• Participate in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop, implement and document individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Communicate care plans across the continuum of care.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate’s/Diploma in Nursing; no prior experience required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Pre‑ or post‑operative experience.
• Experience in outpatient surgical setting preferred.
