Clinical Triage RN/LPN/MA – Central Wide Scheduling – Full Time
Responsibilities- Answer the telephone in a warm, friendly manner.
- Assess patients' conditions and medical history to determine the urgency and appropriate level of care.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
- Escalate patient concerns via workload message, noting all applicable conditions & requests to the clinical staff.
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and quality standards.
- Current Missouri RN license, current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license, or RMA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical and legal billing procedures.
- Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
