Clinical Supervisor - Endocrinology Clinic

Job Description

Full-time position at our Parkville and Plaza clinics. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Supervises approximately 20 staff members. Requires registration as an RN in Kansas and Missouri, and basic life support certification.

Responsibilities:

• Manage specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Oversee all resources and functions related to patient care, including ordering supplies, QA, regulatory compliance, OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings.
• Train and develop employees, including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff as needed.
• Work to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Required:

Less than 1 year of related experience
; Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross;
Registered Nurse credential;
Associate Degree
