Job Overview

Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as an RN, providing direct patient care in a full-time, night shift role.

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within established standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in professional development.
• This position involves working in a safety-sensitive environment requiring alertness and safe practices.

• Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing.
• RN license; bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years with a bachelor's degree preferred.
