Barnes-Jewish Hospital -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse to support a team of patients;
Administer or assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and perform vital signs, intake & output, fall and pressure ulcer prevention, urinary catheter care, phlebotomy, or point-of-care testing as requested;
Collect clinical data and report changes in patient status to the nurse;
Assist nurse with patient and family education;
Document all patient care activities using correct medical terminology
