Role Overview

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the care team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.

• Educates patients and families on managing health conditions and medication administration.
• Participates in safety initiatives and professional growth activities.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No minimum experience required; less than 2 years preferred if holding a Bachelor's degree.
