Registered Nurse; RN; Telemetry

Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Telemetry oversees patient care, staff management, and departmental operations in a hospital setting.

• Manage and evaluate staff, participate in staffing and budget planning, and ensure quality patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate patient interventions tailored to age and developmental needs, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
• Oversee staff productivity, respond to scheduling variations, and handle payroll and communication tasks.
• Contribute to operational goals, support performance improvement, and maintain equipment and supplies.

Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience are preferred.

Leadership, staff management, clinical expertise in telemetry, effective communication, and organizational skills.
