Role Overview

This position involves overseeing patient care, staff management, equipment maintenance, and statistical reporting within a hospital setting.

• Manage and evaluate staff performance, including hiring, training, and professional development.
• Develop and monitor departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Coordinate patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring optimal wellness outcomes.
• Supervise staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform staffing assignments, approve payroll, and manage staff communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain quality standards in patient care.
• Possess RN license with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, with leadership experience preferred.
