Assistant Nurse Manager - Telemetry Unit

Role Overview: This is a full-time leadership position responsible for coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and facilitating professional development.
• Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, adjusting for business changes.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions align with age and developmental needs, and document accordingly.
• Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessment and medical treatment.
• Handle staff scheduling, payroll updates, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and staffing needs.
• Ensure departmental productivity and support operational goals set by leadership.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing; preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years with supervisory experience preferred; RN license required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
