ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Contributes to a healing environment by educating patients and families on health management and safety procedures.
• Supports regulatory compliance and participates in professional growth activities.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe work practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).

  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.

  Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
