Ambulatory RN: Patient Care & Care Coordination

BJC Health Care is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a clinic setting, collaborating with providers and the care team to assess, develop, and implement a plan of care that delivers high-quality, cost-effective care.

This full-time outpatient role supports daily patient management, includes patient education, and assists providers. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with flex; no weekends, no holidays, no call.
