Job Requirements
- Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, personalized care for residents
- Administer medications, change bandages, and collect specimens
- Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- Monitor and report any change in resident condition
- Record and update patient history accurately
- Encourage social interaction to support emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team and report to the Director of Nursing
- Foster a safe and thriving environment for residents
