Clinical Nurse – Med Surg

Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a registered nurse in a full-time, night shift role. This position is benefits-eligible and offers a sign-on bonus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Utilizing critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications include:

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; experience is a plus.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
