Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans.
Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Maintains safety-sensitive standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Valid RN license. - Experience:
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. - Skills:
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Licenses &
