Altor is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our quality team and help drive a culture where quality is built into every product and process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and other teams across the organization.

• Lead the Quality Assurance function and ensure products consistently meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality objectives, metrics, procedures, and improvement plans that support business goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, audits, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams on root cause analysis, Six Sigma, problem solving, and process improvement initiatives

• Lead investigations of customer complaints, nonconformances, and quality issues.
• Drive timely containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, and other functions to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Support new product development, engineering changes, manufacturing processes, and training initiatives to ensure quality requirements are met.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal and supplier quality audits.
• Support external and customer audits and ensure appropriate corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and FDA requirements

• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, metrics, and documentation.

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop Quality Team members.
• Establish clear expectations and promote accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, work assignments, performance management, training, and employee development.
• Build strong working relationships throughout the organization and foster a culture of quality and collaboration.

• Associate’s degree in a technical, engineering, quality-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of quality assurance, quality systems, or related manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, from production associates to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point .
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and take ownership of results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Quality certification such as CQE, CQA, or CQMOE
  .
• Experience with ISO 9001, CMMI, FDA, or other applicable quality/regulatory standards
  .
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Net Suite
  .
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, statistical analysis, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
