Monday-Friday, 1st shift

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

• Inspect assemblies, sub-assemblies, and incoming materials to ensure they meet engineering and customer specifications
• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using gauges and measuring tools
• Document non-conformances and work with suppliers and engineers to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
• Assist with MRB (Material Review Board) processes and Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs)

• Associate degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 0–3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and inspection instructions
• Comfortable using measurement tools, gauges, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
