ADDMAN is seeking a CMM Programmer to join the Quality Team on the 2nd shift or the weekend shift. This is an exciting position that plays a key role in ensuring production parts meet customer requirements using CMM equipment and software. This person will assist in performing visual and dimensional inspections to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and requirements.

Preferred qualifications include experience programming Zeiss CMM equipment using Calypso software. Aerospace experience is preferred.

• Measure key part characteristics with CMM equipment
• Perform CMM programming, setup, and analysis of both in process and finished products
• Work with engineering and programming teams to troubleshoot parts
• Perform first piece production inspection and provide feedback
• Document findings and develop planning for jobs
• Train others on CMM operation and appropriate methods
• Check and verify machined component dimensions using measuring devices to blueprints
• Communicate effectively with machinist, operators, and management to maintain acceptable quality standards
• Maintain and generate all required quality documentation including inspection and discrepancy reports
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned or requested
