Lead crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers;
Plan for each shift and monitor performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards while monitoring safety, security, and profitability;
As a Shift Manager, be responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training;
Schedule and train staff; manage crew and daily maintenance;
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain profitability
