**
* POSITION SUMMARY:

*** The role of the Retail Cashier supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, a consistent brand experience and the ability to build emotional connection with the guest.
**
* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

**** Models the BIG Experience in all guest interactions providing genuine Ozarks hospitality and outstanding service
* Processes transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
* Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
* Stays up to date on product knowledge to make accurate to beneficial recommendations to guests
* Stays up to date on resort-wide knowledge to share with guests in a confident and fun manner
* Demonstrates knowledge and insight regarding inventory levels, customer feedback and product requests and can suggest alternate options (SWAT).
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
* Other duties as assigned; reports to Store Manager
