Retail Store Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and contribute to the continued success of Boardwalk Hardwood Floors. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to enhance the showroom's visual appeal
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with leadership to contribute to the development and achievement of company goals

• Proven 3-5 years experience in a retail management or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
• Knowledge of flooring materials and interior design is a plus
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising principles
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

• Total compensation range of $55,000 - $70,000+
• Commissions based on performance
