This opening is specifically for our Kind Goods Saint Peters location. We're looking for Retail Salespeople to join the team at this store.

Kind Goods is looking for energetic, outgoing, customer-focused Retail Salespeople (Bud tenders) to join one of St. Louis' most recognized dispensary teams.

We've been recognized as an A-List Best in St. Louis winner for five consecutive years, and we're looking for people who love working with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, create memorable experiences, and are motivated to sell.

Cannabis knowledge is valuable, but it's not the only experience we're looking for. Successful candidates may come from hospitality, restaurants, high-volume retail, sales, customer service, call centers, or other customer-facing environments.

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour

In addition to base hourly pay, eligible Retail Salespeople have opportunities to earn customer tips and individual sales commission.

Tips and commissions are variable and are not guaranteed compensation. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, customer traffic, sales performance, eligibility, and other factors.

Retail Salespeople participate in our customer tip pool.

During the two most recent pay cycles, the average tips distributed to participating employees were equivalent to approximately:

Kind Goods also currently offers eligible Retail Salespeople opportunities to earn individual commission on select products, including flower.

• $0.07 per gram of Daybreak Cannabis flower sold
• $1.00 for each Pinpoint concentrate or vape sold
• $0.50 for each Good Taste edible sold

During the most recent applicable pay period, our top commission salesperson's earnings were equivalent to approximately $3.62 per hour
worked in additional commission.

This represents the performance of the top salesperson during that pay period and is not representative of guaranteed or average commission earnings. Individual results vary based on sales performance, hours worked, product mix, eligibility, and other factors.

Base hourly pay is $15.00 per hour. Tips and commissions are additional variable earning opportunities and are not guaranteed.

Tips, commissions, incentive programs, eligibility requirements, rates, and program terms are subject to change or discontinuation based on business needs and company discretion.

Kind Goods operates busy dispensaries throughout the St. Louis area. Strong customer traffic gives our Retail Salespeople opportunities to build relationships, provide great service, earn tips, and increase their earnings through individual sales performance.

Employees who work an observed holiday other than Christmas Day are compensated at 1.5 times their regular rate of pay.

Eligible overtime hours are compensated at 1.5 times the employee's regular hourly rate.
