Fed Ex - Account Executive, Digital Solutions
As a Fed Ex Sales Professional, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting mid-market/enterprise contracts, working alongside our core enterprise sales team. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to generate pipeline, close opportunities, and drive both new business and expansion. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive business relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
EssentialFunctions Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and close opportunities against an assigned quota.
- Identify and qualify leads that fit our ideal client profiles to market the company’s products and services.
- Adapt to high growth, fast-growing, and changing environments quickly.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory to drive both new business and expansion.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
- Confidently negotiate and present Fed Ex value propositions to existing and new customers.
- Coordinate internal Fed Ex resources to meet customer business needs.
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with core enterprise sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Share client feedback and market insights with cross-functional teams to influence product development and strategy.
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling SaaS/software products into new logos.
Preferred QualificationsIdeal applicants will have:
- Experience in selling complex enterprise SaaS/software solutions with a proven track record of overachieving targets.
- Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase.
- Experience as a prime and overlay seller.

- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
