Looking to build a lucrative career in B2B sales and talent acquisition? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Employment Specialist for our fast-paced staffing office in St. Peters, MO.

This is a dynamic, phone-intensive role that blends outbound business development with full-cycle recruiting. You will spend your days connecting with hiring managers, plant supervisors, and business owners across St. Charles County to uncover open positions and pitch our staffing solutions. Once you secure a job order, you flip the switch to recruiter—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top local talent into commercial, industrial, administrative, and skilled trade roles.

No prior staffing or recruiting experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to teach you our proven sales process and industry systems. If you have grit, high energy on the phone, and a drive to earn performance-based commissions, this role offers rapid financial and professional growth.

• Outbound B2B Sales: Conduct daily cold calls and targeted outreach to business decision-makers across St. Charles County to pitch Express staffing services.

• Account Acquisition: Secure detailed job orders from clients, setting clear expectations for job requirements, bill rates, and placement timelines.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and run background/reference checks on candidates for light industrial, warehouse, office support, and skilled trade positions.

• Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with client managers and working associates to resolve issues early and ensure strong retention.

• CRM & ATS Management: Document all sales calls, client details, candidate notes, and job orders accurately in our applicant tracking software.

• On-Site Visits & Admin Support: Occasionally visit client facilities for site safety tours, and assist the front office team with candidate check-ins or billing inquiries during peak volume.

  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in outbound phone sales, retail, restaurant/hospitality management, call centers, or collections is a major plus!

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy, comfortable navigating software platforms, and typing accurate client records.

• Multitasking Ability: Capable of balancing fast-moving priorities—switching smoothly between sales calls, candidate interviews, and administrative follow-ups.
