PAY: $40,000 – $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission ($65K+ first-year target)

Express Employment Professionals in St. Charles is actively hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across St. Charles County. This is a full-time, direct-hire field sales position with a clear path to career advancement and leadership.

No prior sales experience required. We provide comprehensive, paid B2B sales training from day one. If you have the drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a competitive mindset, we will teach you the industry and the sales process.

• Competitive Base Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 annual base salary (based on experience).

• Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships.

• Activity Metrics: Maintain structured weekly call volumes, set face-to-face appointments, and follow up consistently.

• Self-Starter Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and confident cold-calling businesses in person.
