• Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience

• Service residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and more
• Perform inspections and component testing to identify root causes
• Replace defective parts and restore appliances to proper working order
• Clearly explain repair needs and costs to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory
• Follow safety standards and local codes
• Deliver professional customer service and educate homeowners on proper appliance care

Hiring Expectations

• 2 to 3 years of appliance repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across common residential appliances
• Proficiency with standard repair tools and service technology
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and repair regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
