• Annual pay of $60,000 to $85,000, based on experience

• Travel to residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri
• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and more
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and identify the cause of equipment failures
• Replace defective components and complete repairs according to manufacturer recommendations
• Explain repair recommendations, costs, and maintenance tips to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain vehicle stock and parts inventory
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable local regulations
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every appointment

• At least 2 years of residential appliance repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for major household appliances
• Experience using common hand tools, testing equipment, and service software
• Knowledge of safe repair practices and industry standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the United States
