Steel Con Inc. is hiring multiple full-time Structural Welders to join our Vandalia, MO team. The role requires accurate, safe welding and independent work to meet high-quality standards.
Pay is based on experience, with a 7:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday. Overtime and some weekends may be required to meet business needs. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
