We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Program Specialist to join our Missouri Shared Living program. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference while supporting the health, safety, independence, and personal growth of individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

, you’ll help ensure individuals receive high-quality services and supports while coordinating care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff and Independent Contractors, and advocating for the needs and goals of the people we serve.

- Support the health, safety, growth, and overall well-being of individuals participating in the Shared Living program.
- Coordinate and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure individual goals, objectives, and outcomes are appropriately implemented.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including medical records, assessments, ISPs, progress notes, incident reports, and other required program records.
- Ensure individuals’ medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological services are scheduled in accordance with applicable requirements and provider recommendations.
- Advocate for individuals and collaborate with families, support coordinators, behavior consultants, day programs, medical providers, and other members of the support team.
- Train, support, supervise, and provide guidance to direct care staff and/or Independent Contractors regarding ISPs, implementation strategies, and documentation.
- Assist with incident reporting, follow-up, corrective action, and other regulatory requirements.
- Help coordinate individual financial matters, including SSI, food benefits, representative payee matters, room and board agreements, and other applicable benefits.
- Monitor program sites for safety, upkeep, documentation, and compliance needs.
- Assist with managing and tracking staff training requirements to maintain compliance with state and funder regulations.
