• Prepare necessary domestic and export shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Confirm orders in the appropriate computer systems to facilitate smooth operations.
• Complete driver check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate the flow of finished goods by interfacing with planners, logistics coordinators, and carriers.
• Schedule inbound component deliveries and oversee drop lot operations, working with third‑party spotting services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Extreme attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced factory environment and work well within a team focused on deliverables.
